“A 6,000-square-foot restaurant called Tower Grille has opened at the Glen Town Center in north suburban Glenview. The American restaurant, whose full hours began this week, replaces the Red Star Tavern, which closed in March. Tower Grille, which serves food such as gourmet sandwiches, burgers, salads and specialty cocktails, is owned by Peter Sakoufakis and his father, Tom, who also own the restaurant Eggsperience in the center.”
