Join in on the Park Center Eggstravaganza! The Glenview Park Center will provide some eggcitement where children of all ages can participate in an old-fashioned egg hunt on March 28 at 10 am. Before the hunt, have breakfast with the Easter Bunny in the Lakeview Room from 8:30–9:30 am. Cereal, fruits, bagels, pastries and other treats will be on the menu. Registration is required for breakfast.
Cost: $7 per person for residents, $9 per person for nonresidents

Egg Hunt at Kohl Children’s Museum

Get out your baskets and get ready to hunt! Kohl Children’s Museum will host two outdoor egg hunts in the Museum’s 2-acre Habitat Park exhibit. Two special eggs will contain a gift certificate for a Kohl Children’s Museum membership while all others will reveal candy, toys or other fun and exciting prizes. 10 a.m. & 3 p.m. The hunt will include a special section for toddlers only. In case of rain, the hunt will be postponed until Saturday, April 26. Museum admission plus $5 . Type: Festival/Special Events.

‘View: The Kitchen Table’ Exhibit

The North Shore Art League invites the community to its second annual installation of original works all based on the kitchen. Opening Reception: Wine and cheese reception for ‘View: The Kitchen Table’ will be held in the League’s second floor gallery space at the Winnetka Community House, 620 Lincoln Avenue, Winnetka on Thursday evening, February 4, 6:30-8:00 pm. Original works representing painting, drawing, printmaking, photography and mixed media will be exhibited– with most artwork for sale. Varies. Type: Festival/Special Events.
